I'm new here
 

Just wanted to introduce myself.
I'm Jay. I just recently bought a '99 Chevy 1500.
All my life I have never owned a GM. I was raised on Ford diesels, including tractors. I got into turbo Mitsubishis when I was about 17. Then I accidentally got into Jeeps a few years back, and now I've got the LS itch.
I just picked up some 799 heads for the truck since it had a broke timing chain, and I figured I may as well upgrade. I also got the multi layer head gaskets, because I plan to throw some boost into it. Because I just have turbos laying around. I have access to a dyno with HP Tuners for tuning. So this should be fun.
