Default New to this site 2006 Silverado Transmission acting funny

Hey guys im Juan from Texas (Houston area) i joined this site because i see that there's a lot of good info from other users when it comes to some problem on your vehicle or if you need some suggestions. In my case i have a 2006 silverado crew cab with 176k 4.8 that i uses around here and to go to work. I've noticed since i bought it used that it makes a whining sound when driving at low speeds and im sure when driving faster but cant hear it due to road noise. Also it feels a little sluggish but can't feel it slipping. When going up a bridge at 45 it starts to slow down and feels like it in a higher gear and needs to come down to rev up so i have to tap on the gas to make it come alive it seems. And last thing when i come to a stop or light sometimes it will buck like if i just got rear ended or something. Well thats my dilema dont know if i should just buy torque converter and oil pump or try to dig into the clutches. Any info or suggestions please!! Help
