Hey guys I've used this site a long time to find information for my later model GM vehicles and ones I have worked on. I decided to join finally. I've been on chevelles.com with the same username for over 10 years. I currently have a 99 Z28 daily driver that's completely stock. It's my favorite Street vehicle I've ever owned since I started driving in 1981. I have a 70 and a 71 Chevelle the 70 is my NHRA super street drag car and the 71 is an SS 454 original. been working on cars for myself or other people for a long time. I've been thinking about building an LS3 short block with Cathedral Port heads for the 99 Z28. It will remain a daily driver and I do a ton of Hi-Way driving so I'm looking for torque from 2 to 4000 RPM. This is a hundred thousand mile engine so things like compression and valve events need to stay on the mild side as I don't want to touch this thing for a hundred thousand miles after I put it in. nice to meet everyone
