Default Hi, Starting LS1/T56 swap

Hi LS1Tech community,

I'm starting a swap from a 2000 Firebird Formula to a 1989 Firebird Formula.

I bought the 2000 as a non-rebuildible title car so I'm not killing a car that could ever be anything other than parts I've had the 1989 Firebird since 1997.

The 2000 has a 5.7 LS1 and a T56 and is a 92k mile car.
The 1989 was a 305TBI with 700R4 with 212k miles.

I have the 1989 apart, about to paint engine bay.

Hope to have it at least running by end of the year even if the wiring is not finished.

Looks like alot of work ahead but the end results going to be bad to the bone you got the perfect LS1 Engine and T56 Trans, what about a beefier rear end like maybe a custom 8.8 or a Ford 9"
