Son's car 2006 GTO with mods sold through dealership. Neat car, fairly low miles. But my son let it sit and killed the fuel pump. I am trying to get it up and running for him for when he comes in for vacation from overseas. Call out on hood states: LS2400hp and it has been chassis dyno'd at over 400 RWHP. Pretty radical cam, aftermarket intake, headers. As I said, neat car, need to get it up and running again. If you have any info on modded GTO's sold through dealers, please let me know. thanks! Oh, it looks nice parked next to his Caprice..... |
How did you check the fuel pump to determine it was bad? |

We will check for voltage at pump when we get in there but my money is on the pump. Right now I am hoping it is just the pump and that the injectors haven't taken a sh!t also. |
Relays are also known to go bad, an easy check is to swap relays and see if it powers up. |
