New member here, and future ls1 owner. Im currently driving a 2001 silverado with a 9inch lift on 37 inch tires. that i built myself. Well now that gas has gone up so much here in cali i cant aford my truck with only getting 9mpg. Ive always said if i sold my truck id get my favorite car, and that is a 2002 black camaro SS with t-tops. I admit this wil be a huge differnce from going from the offroad world to the street world. But ive always loved the 99+ camaro. Auctally almost bought one for my frist car, but didnt have enough money for a z28 or ss so i bought my truck off my parents. But now i can aford what i want. I know quite alot about chevy and ls1 and lt1. IM also in school getting a degree in automotive. But anyway im very picky about wat camaro i want, anyone got any tips on stuff to look for when buying?
also anyone know wat a stock 1/4 mile time is for a SS?
