LS1TECH - Camaro and Firebird Forum Discussion

I guess a little about myself...I've had a few other F bodies through the years.

I bought a '75 Trans Am back in 1994(sold it when I got deployed in '95), a '95 Camaro I bought in 1996(sold it a year later)

Finally, I bought a '94 Formula in 1997. I rebuilt the engine with forged pistons, ported heads, RR's, LT4 hotcam, Edlebrock headers, Borla, Vigilante 2800 TQ convertor...ect. Pretty cool ride. I had the Formula until last year..it was totalled Jan '05 when I was rearended on the freeway....so I have been f-body-less for about a year and a half.

I have been looking for another Formula for quite a while...and had some "wants" in it. I wanted it pretty much stock, good paint/interior(silver or black), T-Tops, and 6 speed. I was looking for both LT1's and LS1's. I found one that fit the bill about a week ago...and this is it:

I have some plans for it, it will be a weekend cruiser...but I dont want to get to technical with it. Mainly suspension and a power adder like n20 or S/C. But who knows...I am pretty happy with it right now...although the suspension seems kinda spungee, it is 8 years old after all :)

So I'll be lurking a bit here and there...
