Noober from Brooklyn
Hello, everyone. Let me introduce myself.
My name is Oleg, same as my screenname. I am not an LS1 powered car owner yet. I am crossing over from my350z.com forums. I have finally realized that the VQ's great potential can be realized only with bucketfuls of cash poured into it. So here I am.
My deathtrap of choice will be a FD Mazda RX-7 with an LS1 swap done, most likely, by Hinson Supercars. I think that the power potential of the LS1 combined with one of the lightest and most nimble cars to ever come out of Japan will definately satisfy me without making me bankrupt.
I will start this project sometime after this fall. In the meantime I am hoping to learn as much as possible about the LS1 powerplant. I will be a frequent visitor at the RX7 forums as well.
Anyone with such hybrid, please chyme in. Anyone who is offended by hybridizing with imports, sorry.
