he only gave me two days to refund his 25 dollars and just didn't get a chance to do it the night before VERY PUSHY

I gave him 2 days, he had been on LS1tech several times each day and wouldn't respond to my PM's.He sold me a part that wasn't what he advertised it to be. Irresponsible people shouldn't be allowed to sell on here.
