I haven't forgotten about you. I'm still pressuring the post office on the investigation. Last thing they said what that the Canadian post hadn't responded. Kinda like Canada is ignoring the issue. Have you talked to your post office recently?

Canada post says that everything has to be done by USPS and that they will conact you. Sounds ridiculous. I will call again tomorrow.. It sounds like the postal service is slacking on the issue..
