I was selling some 243 heads in the classifieds , Carolinag8 PM's me he would like pics , I send him pics he like the heads he asked me to figure out shipping costs , I do . He asks for my Paypal and says he will get right on it , 3 hours later I ask him if he wants the heads and he tells me he can't use Paypal at work but yet he's on a IPhone and can use Paypal . He then starts stalling .

Now he posts a bad trader rating on me , we didn't even trade anything ,
