sold me some wheels, said "they got stolen" the same day I happened to send payment. I think he was shocked by actual shipping costs. refunded money, but i missed out on another set of wheels while he messed around.

First, let's clear this up for everyone to see.
You sent me payment on a holiday. There was no way for me to try to ship them the same day because it was a holiday. Labor day, remember? I pulled those wheels out that evening you paid me (again Labor Day) and I washed all the brake dust off of them for you. I then loaded them in the bed of my truck so I could go ship them the next morning (day after Labor Day). That next morning I noticed they were gone. I then immediately refunded you the money.
This is nobody's fault but mine for them getting stolen. I didn't screw you and you got your money back.
