payed for a alternator bracket on March 18 and still have not received the part and its May 10th today ,he will not reply to me or pick up my call's …. would not deal with again

I responded and communicated i would offer a refund since i sent the part to the wrong buyer but instead he would like the part I am still waiting for the other buyer to send the part out. I have offered a refund numerous times. Only so much I can do past offering a refund.
