I finally got a chance to install this - worked perfectly, very happy with purchase.
I highly recommend buying this from John over the generic eBay kits I have seen that do not have the hardened insert to prevent the bit from chewing up the tool and walking around. He shipped very quickly and it had everything needed to install. The drill bit was even marked with the proper depth.
