Seller packed intake insufficiently and the fast intake broke. Notified him and went through the process of USPS insurance which was denied. Seller didn't notify me USPS sent him the rejection letter. Filed through PayPal and he never noticed them when the pack was returned. So I had to call USPS and PayPal myself to get things taken care of otherwise he was would have never gave me any info. Terrible service and didn't want to give me a refund.
