Stated he was selling Johnson 2110R lifters but I received standard Johnson 2110's.

Buyer was trying to extort money out of me for lifters purchased under market value and PayPal agreed. Z-Maro had a chance to return the lifters but declined to do so. Be careful with dealing with this individual in the future.
