He sold me two headlight assemblies from a 97 firebird, the drivers side was ok and the passengers side had three plastic tabs from from the inside. USELESS.
he agreed to have me send it back for half refund, I pay shipping. sent it out and now he said he aint gonna gimme no refund kuz I sold the other side (to get something back out of this horrible deal) so no the headlight is on the way to his place, no $$ in my hand and dont know WTF is gonna happen.

you sold the other side on eBay. I know i didn't break anything, and when asked to provide pictures of said broken parts, you didn't. I'm sorry you could not sell this side on eBay immediately for more money, try again next time because this situation never called for a refund.
