Purchased an interior panel from him & someone else in the shop misplaced it, it promptly refunded my money, plus a little extra for the trouble but then found the item & immediately contacted me back. I understand if you are parting out 3 cars & selling it all to so many people that something this small could be misplaced.

I give him a +1 for great communication & customer service. Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that makes you a good or bad seller. LS1W is a great seller with good communication, I'd be glad to buy from him again.
