Bought a t-top. Excellent communication, and sent me several pics when I only asked for one, great customer service. Item came in same condition as described - which was "excellent," on top of that it was noticeably cleaner than in the pics. Gave me a tracking number even though I forgot to ask for one.

I've bought several things from vendors on various websites before and nothing was as carefully packed and wrapped as the t-top was.
