This was the ABSOLUTE WORST online experience I have ever had (and I buy a ton of stuff online). Customer service was terrible, I called several times and left messages (just as they say on there site) and emailed and never heard a word back after they got their money expect for that they had recieved the money orders. I was repeatedly lied to when I did recieve a few emails towards the end cause I said I wanted my money back (They said DHL lost the converter they shipped over a month ago and it would be there the following Monday from the day I got ahold of them... then I spoke with there builder and he said it was only shipped out the day I spoke with them). They also lied again trying to make me look bad. It took 2 months to finally get my converter from the time I payed. I will never ever purchase anything from them and if you are considering do a little research under Fuddles history as of late, I think it will change your mind!
