You have been great and very helpful, I will definitely check in and let you know how the set up works out. I got the car running this weekend and feels strong up till the KR kicks in at ~4k rpm and/or 40% throttle. Per your suggestion, I'm looking into the knock software tables to desensitize them a little bit to see if it helps.
Again, thanks for all your time and recommendations and there are definately differences in the 92 vs 78mm "shells" other than the opening. The runners are smaller, and seem somewhat straighter on the 78 as it goes to the head. The sealing edges are a little different too.
