After a few installs the tool isn't very durable, ie bolt starts to warp, metal starts to warp, nut starts to mess up. I don't plan on doing a bunch of installs but I though the feedback might help!

Thanks for the positive feedback.
It is EXTREMELY important that you tap the retainer to break loose the keepers before trying to use the tool. Out of all the tools Tim has sold, none of them had a problem as long as the directions were followed exactly - even after as many as 20 spring install jobs. The lubrication of the threads is a no brainer but it is easy to forget to release the keepers or not fully release them.
The tool is intentionally made to bend or the threads on the nut/sud fail in the event that the keepers are not released. (Otherwise the threads in the rocker pedestal would be stripped if something else didn't give).
The tool is easily straightened or the nut is easily replaced if such an event takes place.
Thanks, John
