Thanks again for costing me more money and time on your heads. I appreciate your attitude of "bottom line is they are your heads now not mine" from your last PM.
That was a great way to wrap up this transaction. Classy.

And thank you my friend for being more demanding than a 16 year old girlfriend. all you had to do was inspect the heads and send them back. you handled yourself very well by installing the heads on your car and asking me to send you money two weeks after you've had them stating there was a broken bolt that no one wants to take the blame for.

Maybe you're right I should have inspected the heads on my end, however you also did not inspect them prior to shipping the goods to make sure that they were as advertized and your "shop" didn't butcher them by breaking bolts. It sure is easy to blame a shop who claims no responsibility of breaking things after they admitted to breaking a head stud... a broken intake manifold bolt sure becomes a stretch after you tell me that; yet you can't believe they'd break something else...some things just don't add up, Pal.
I'll walk away knowing I got the shaft and you didn't attempt to rectify the situation in ANY mannor short of deflecting the blame onto me.
