Default EPP ... What happened?!

I'm a new player in the FI game, when I first started I heard EPP was THE PLACE to go for anything ATI. My first couple orders were handeled perfectly, with fast shipping and good prices! This was March of last year.

I ordered a new pulley from them 4 weeks ago, and still have yet to recieve. This transaction has had a few bad bumps... First coming a week and a half after the order was placed I has only recieved a very bland email saying thank you and your order will be processed ASAP... 10 days later I have not heard anything about shipping, so I call and no answer. 5 minutes after leaving a message I get an email saying it was shipped. No tracking number, just a "your order has been shipped" Another week or so week or so went by and nothing... I email Bob again and get a tracking number, only to find out it was shipped on the same day as my voicemail, but to the wrong address so it was on its way BACK to EPP... So, I guess now it's been reshipped to me, and who knows when I'll see it.

I hate to talk poorly about a huge sponsor, but I guess I'm not the only one having issues with this company. Any future orders w/ EPP have been put into serious question.

I am sorry about that. I had your five inch pulley drop shipped to you from ProCharger. It appears that we gave ProCharger the wrong address for the pulley, and it was returned to ProCharger. I didn't know anything ws wrong until you e-mailed me, and the same day ProCharger e-mailed me to let me know a pulley was returned as undeliverable. I gave them the correct address, and they said they would ship it right back out. I am waiting on a tracking number from them. I'll bet you have moved since your previous orders with us, and our system pulled up your old address. I am truly sorry about the mix-up. Bob

I'm willing to bet it's an isolated issue. I've ordered lots of stuff through EPP and it usually comes out pretty quick. ProCharger could be the ones that had the hang up (on the shipping delay, the address issue obviously added insult to injury). Either way I know that sucks, but I wouldn't let that tarnish your opinion of them when you have had otherwise a good relationship with them.

Thanks, I appreciate that. It wasn't ProCharger's fault, it was ours for not double checking the address. Bob
