Purchased a MSD 6010 setup from Mike (great price), MSD had a packaging issue at the factory. Sent a 6012 harness in a 6010 box. I contacted Mike and asked if I need to contact MSD ( I have heard that from supppliers) or if he would. A short time later, Mike was asking for assembly number and where it would be found. He had contacted MSD and they asked him for the information. The next message from Mike, was that MSD had shipped the correct harness directly to me and to let him know when it arrived.
This issue was taken care of fast and in a very professional manor. A person cannot ask for better customer service and with great prices!
