Question Speed Engineering - Some Contact Would have been Nice

On Tuesday, I ordered a set of long tubes for my '04 GTO. I PMed Speed Engineering informing them that the order was made. I received a confirmation email that my order was placed. I used my H and R Block card for payment. If anyone is familiar with these cards, which you can opt to receive when getting your taxes prepared through H and R Block, they do not have your name on the card, it simply says "H and R Block Client."

For the next two days, I PMed Speed Engineering following up with my order because I had noticed that the payment was not coming off my card. I also checked on their site, and it seemed that my order was for some reason, removed. I also emailed through their "contact us" on their website in order to get some clarification on the transaction. I did not receive an email back, nor did I receive any PMs in regards to what happened with my order.

Finally, I emailed them today and here is what I received, finally:

This order was picked up as fraud and canceled.

My response was this:

Can you please elaborate? If the transaction seemed questionable, you should have contacted me. This transaction was not fraudulent at all. The card used was my H and R Block Card, which contains my tax return money. A name is not issued on the card. I would have appreciated some sort of contact on this matter. I could have as easily used my Paypal account if it was easier.

Please advise as to how this matter can be resolved.

Thank you,

Jennifer B. Mondy

It would have been nice to have someone at least contact me back regarding this. I even PMed him once the order was made. Not sure why this transaction had to go downhill, but I ended up just placing an order for the long tubes with someone else and saved $20.00. They lost my business.

Orders are canceled due to a few things:

-Addresses don't match the card.
-IP addresses are false.
-The card name is different then owner.
-Or, the ship to address is different than the billing.

We only cancel orders if several of these items are not met. Which, I am assuming your order was. If only one item or so is not met, we will contact the customer. And, try to resolve the issue. We probably didn't respond to any of your inquires because it was a very high chance of fraud, and regardless if we contacted you or not it was to risky of an order to pursue. Hope this helps.
