I called BMR a week and half ago (give or take a few days) talked to a guy on the phone and he was very nice give him an A plus on his customer service. The only thing i have a problem with (which is minor) is he told me that he would have his F Body guy call me back once he saw him. Never got that phone call back. I had a simple question that i was tryn to double check on before i spent over $600 on a turbo K Member. Thats a lot of money for me and maybe for some of you guys and gals. I went ahead and ordered it (which is why they probably didn't call me back) it came in after the holidays and it was red like i ordered it. Other than that Id still recommend them to a friend or family member to buy from. Just please next time call some one back if you say you will. I fully understand you might have been busy and it slipped hell shit happens. Keep up the good work BMR |
