Anyone else having issues with contacting, getting help, or just a complete exchange from racetronix?? I have tried using their forum, emailing, etc. and have gotten nowhere... im using a FI114700 80lb short D5 High-z Injector that has a problem right out of the box. They are leaking and we cannot even begin to dial them in properly. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

i just posted this on a different thread of mine:
is there any way of getting ahold of someone at racetronix?
i ordered and paid for my pump on the 10th. a few days later they sent me an email stating that the 4psi hobbs switches are on back order and asked if they should send without it, i replied i would like to speak with someone about the situation and received no reply no call no anything so i emailed again and still no response, voicemail, email nothing.
after the nightmare dealing with paypal to link a new card to the account to buy this pump and now this delay and the car sitting on the guys lift its been super frustrating.

I just installed dual pump kit and one pump died on the dyno last night. I am wondering how to get this replaced as well!
