UMI, best customer service and product support! Had a small issue with my K-member w/LSX mounts (for my 86 Iroc) last Sunday.
Snapped some pics and sent them to Ramey on monday.
We went back forth on e-mail.
He sent new parts out that arrived on friday.
Everything went together perfect with the new parts yesterday.
This all happened in a week!
Unbelievable customer service. Ramey always wrote back and was extremely helpful. Shippped the parts out right away.
Very happy how everything was handled.
I've been a UMI customer for a while, this was just icing on the cake.
