I have tried to contact you guys to get some questions answered on your site, but apparently once a email is entered, you can not use that same email to re-contact you guys? It tells me it must be unique. I tried to just pm you guys, but, I can't do that either, because you have blocked pm's. So this is my last resort to try to buy from a vendor. I think its a shame it's this hard, just to buy from someone.

Thats the exact way I have tried to contact you. As I said, your site says I must use a UNIQUE email address. My guess is, your system does not see it as unique since I have contacted you before. Like I said, not sure why you guys would want to do that, but it makes it hard to buy!

We believe an update caused this problem.
It should be OK now.

We did reply to your e-mail on 1/21. We resent the e-mail today.

That screenshot was taken today. I just have more/specific questions I need answers for, before I can purchase, and it just makes this difficult. Just a little frustrated is all.
