TCI-Excellent Customer Service Just would like to say I just got done dealing with Will of TCI and had an excellent experience.
A friend of mine sent a converter to them that wasn't even their brand converter to be fixed and re stalled and they found the 'verter to be a total loss. Will told me about what they found and said he'd get back to me to see what he could do to help.
He called back shortly and cut me a great deal for my buddy on a brand new converter.
Great guy to deal with and great customer service from the folks at TCI.
