I just got an email:
That email goes a long way in my book, a very long way. That is a power mirror switch, and even though its such a blow-it-off part, they found the time to let me know the rest of my stuff will be a bit late waiting on it. This may seem stupid to alot of you guys, but there are some that dont like at all to not see things showing up on time, only to call and find out its on backorder.

I have had no problems with them also. I ordered a single rollmaster chain a few months ago. They called the next day and told me they were out of stock. So instead of making me wait they sent me a heat treated double rollmaster chain for the same price as the single chain. So I got a $150 timing set for $60.
