Anyone having trouble reaching Ryan. I haven't so much as heard from him via email, and I've tried a dozen times to reach him on the phone about some overlays I had ordered. Wonder whats happening. I've only heard good things about him from everyone and I can't find out the status of my order. Thanks guys.

He is sometimes slow to return phone calls, but I have never heard of anyone getting screwed. The product is worth a little wait.

Thanks very much. I did receive the HVAC and Shifter overlay kit this weekend and talked with him. He did a real nice job in contacting me after this and apologized for not responding sooner, said he was out of town. Thanks
