What's up with EAD performance

I ordered some borla mufflers from there like 2 weeks ago and i paid extra for 3 day select shipping. I've called, sent an email, and PM Tim Sova and have gotten no response. How do u get in touch with them. I've heard of being busy but this is getting ridiculous. Anyone have experience with them.
