Very upset with certain vendor!!!

Very upset with certain vendor!!! I am not naming the vendor at this time. Just thought I would share an experience, and see what you guys thoughts were.
Last week I ordered some parts overnight from a very reputable sponsor on this site. I ordered them overnight since I HAD TO HAVE THEM the next day to complete an order that I had. Unfortunately, the wrong parts arrived. I didn't get too upset, since I realize that mistakes happen every day. So, I call the vendor and explain the situation, they understand, no big deal. Now, I get another call from the actual salesman that took my order. He is telling me that I ordered a different part , and that he was correct in sending me the parts that were sent.
Never heard that one before. So, I call the salesman back, get the return set up. They have to charge my CC again, since they can't refund something they haven't received back yet. No big deal. The part that gets me is, they will not refund the extra $25 or so that I paid for overnight shipping!!!! I can understand them not crediting me that back if it was an item that I simply no longer wanted, but is this common practice for a parts distributor???? I basically paid $50 in shipping to send a very small package here 2 times. Is that right, or am I just way off here??? Someone please chime in

on the other hand, he says that you ordered the wrong part.. They should at least give a partial refund for the shipping IMO.

I'm sure they are not the same price so see what they charged you for. Then you can use that against them. (if they are wrong of course) 
Dude, I deal with **** like that all the time, and in Hawaii, almost all sponsors ship 2nd day air unless requested truck freight. Not to minimize your problems though, you got a bad deal and sounds like some salesman is trying to make sure he doesnt have to fork over the dinero for shipping out of his pocket/or at least take the hit from the boss man about it. I bet, if you called and talked to the sup./boss it would be turned around for you.
Think how pissed you'd be if, in your case, the parts arrived three days later, and where still the wrong ones! Thats my life.
