Question Futral Motorsports

I had a Dyno tune done by Alan back in December of 05 to finally get my truck running right. I was extremely impressed with the results and work done by him. Ok, so here goes my rant, I recently installed a cam and some larger injectors, so im in need of a re-tune. I fugred I would just call up Futrals to make another appointment, well After leaving my name and number about 3 times now with absolutely no response I give up, there customer service is definately lacking a lot. As much as I would like him to tune it again, I think I will have to take my business elsewhere.

i called and left a message twice this week about buying a clutch, cash in hand ready to buy, and NEVER got a call back or anything. oh well..... guess thunder can use the cash instead.

You just have to keep calling back. I have sat in the waiting room (3 letter shop in TX) for hours while work was performed on my car. I will tell you that their phones will not stop ringing, especially in the summer. If you want the product: call, call, call.
