How is HPE's service?

I've read all of the good posts about HPE. But, my friend who recently paid for service at HPE was treated poorly, was disrespected, and was ripped-off. Long story short, he paid for particular cam, yet my friend unknowingly received a different cam that came with no label and no spec card. After calling the manufacturer of the cam he was sent, he realized that HPE had sent him the wrong cam. My friend then called HPE, and they stated that "the cam was close enough, and that was the best [they] could do at this time." This post is not to attack HPE, this is a constructive criticism post. I would like to know if there are any other unhappy customers that have received poor service from HPE. If so, I would like HPE to be aware that, while they cannot please all of their customers, there are a few customers who were mistreated and disregarded. This type of bad service can be avoided by valuing HPE's customer's needs and requests.
Thanks for everyone's time and lets try to keep this clean

HPE is a great shop, that's why I couldn't believe it. My friend already talked to Chuck and Steven with no positive outcome
(I was the one who told him to go to HPE because of their supposedly great service)

Well you cannot please everyone everytime. While I am sure the customer felt brushed off or looked over those guys at HPE where probably misunderstood or the communication broke down somewhere between the two parties. Remember everyone has bad days and unfortunatly it sometimes carries over to the work place. I know first hand that trying to meet the customers needs and happiness is HPE's #1 goal. The level of expectations Chuck has for his team and himself are very high and would not be surprised to see him resolve this issue to the best of his and the HPE crews ability.
