Post WholesaleDirectParts-Not happy :( 1.27.07 ORDER IN RESOLUTION

i ordered rotors and pads on December 20th. no message on the web page or on the voicemail about being closed for the holidays. it took me until the 4th of January to get ahold of someone. they said they will be going out the 8th. i called last friday (the 12th)to get a tracking number or any shipping info and the receptionist told me the order is still there. i told her when i ordered them and she said did i want to cancel the order. i told her no i need the rotors. she said she would tell the shipping department to send them out on friday(the 12th).here i am over a month later no rotors,no tracking info,and no help.i have called NUMEROUS times,got through to someone 3 times. i can't get ahold of anyone now.

did you get in touch with them? i still can't get through. the message says you've reached us after hours. i am VERY pissed!

Our time zones make it difficult, could not get through so I sent an email. If they were shipped the 12th ground then you should have them around the 22nd as it would be 10 *shipping* days.

It should not have fallen through the cracks like it did.

still no reply from them. as far as this goes they're customer service is the worst i have ever dealt with. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Shows: you did not pay for shipping you did not chose a shipping method at which point they assume you are going to pick the parts up.

If you would like contact cecilia@wdpcorp.com, she has had your order sitting there since 12/20/07 but did not ship due to lack of non payment for shipping.

i actually spoke to her and she said she would have them ship it out that friday. no one has called or emailed me after my NUMEROUS atempts to get in contact with them. i called at least 10 times today and no one returned any of my calls.here's my proof that i paid for it.i just copied the order.it's funny how i called and spoke to someone twice about the oder and she never metioned anything about not paying for shipping even though it's stated in the order that i paid $40 shipping.AMAZING how they won't even call me back to tell me that there is any issue.i am going to try once again tomorrow to call them. thanks for your help.

It was very difficult to find your order - if you do not choose a shipping method at check out a tracking number is not generated. Once that happens they assume you will be picking it up in person (they have a storefront so business is not just done through here) if no shipping method is requested.

Just email her. She is waiting to ship this out asap and don't forget to include this link in email to her.

Your email was replied to on 1.25.07 by Cecelia. This is now in process of being resolved as your order was a required two-shipment process when you added onto the order later.

In short, its getting done now.

no calls no messages and still no brakes. i have been MORE than patient. i have been charged on my credit card the day i ordered them.at this point i am done with them.

resolution is.....I cancelled my order. they SUCK is the final opinion.
