well, I have always had good service from Speed Inc and great prices. I ordered a set of fuel rails and the new edelbrock 90MM throttle body. After I ordered I find out they don't really know when they will be shipping. So I needed a throttle body, so I bought one local.

I sent 2 emails to Jon, and called him so he could take the charge for the throttle body off my card. Its been 2 weeks, and I still have not seen the charge taken off.

I was unsure of what to do next, but 350 bucks is needed right now...

Jon please take the charge off my card, I dont need the throttle body anymore.

I created the credit memo when I told you I'd credit the card. We do not process credit memos every day (usually on a weekly basis). I will make sure it is done if it has not been processed yet.

And to be fair, back on the 4th when you inquired about the ETA of the new Edelbrock throttle body I offered to switch it out for any other brand.

Jon, I still love speed inc, dont get me wrong...

I know you did also, but I needed the 4 bolt hole throttle body, and a friend of mine got me a good deal on a Holley local, so I went that route.
