Default Tips

I just got my Flowmaster Originals for my 07 Impala SS, looking for some tips....think 3 or 3.5 inch outlet would look the best? And 7.5inches long would be just right???? Anyone have some good sites?

Did you get a muffler with an outlet that lines up with the OE exhaust cutouts? The stock mufflers were designed for the monte and have the tailpipes that bend outward. If you got the same as stock, you will need a very short tip to look right.

If you DID, find some MBRP exhaust tips. They're the best looking, dual-walled stainless tips I've found...but are no less than 10-12" long since they were designed for diesel trucks. They will need to be welded right onto the muffler with no tailpipe section.

He can't put those on an Impala.

Here's mine. I love 'em. 2.5" in, 3.5" out, $34.91 w/free shipping. Can't beat that with a stick.

Yeah MCSS / ImpSS guys - these look just like stock, but fill the cut-outs the way they should have been.
