SSWS6

So on my front passenger side headlight one of the halo rings does not glow as bright as the others, but only when the car has been sitting for awhile. But it brightens up back to normal usually pretty soon after starting the car. Anyone else have this problem? This headlight has already been replaced once, for another reason, but IIRC the first one did the same thing.
