Default removing monte carlo emblem

What product did you guys use to remove the tape that holds the monte carlo emblem on to the car.

Most of it should come off if you heat it up with a hairdryer. Any sticky residue can be taken care of with Goo Gone.

I just heated up all of the individual letters with a hairdryer and peeled them off S-L-O-W-L-Y... didn't really leave much stuff on the paint at all - just an faint outline of where the letters were... I wiped it down with a dab of scratch-x, coated it with wax, done deal. can't even tell they were ever on there...

I've used it to get the adhesive off my car when I removed my rear bowtie and my GM fender emblems and it didn't do any harm and I know many other people that have used it without problems either.
