i have harland sharp 1.8 rockers, what are the torque specs for the rocker bolts that are not torque to yield and they are hex bolts. Also do i need the valve cover spacers?

also torque specs on the lower intake manifold would be really helpful.

I have the intake manifold and exhaust headers off and was looking at the heads. Why not port the heads out they look like they have a lot to gain.

on exhaust mani do two passes from the inside bolts out first pass 11 ft lb second pass 15 ft lb
stock rocker arms are supposed to be tightened to 22 ft lb
