So HIGSY,

What kinda of power gains did you see with your stage 2??? How much more is it over the stage 1?

It's hard to say. Never had a dyno pull before or after, but I can say it definitely needs a tune. The results I saw were worse gas milage (1 L/100 km worse, not sure what that is in mpg), more power and a bit louder exhaust note. I'm assuming with the combination of it running rich and the increase in power causes the drop in mpg. It's not smooth through the power band as well , especially at WOT. The only thing I can go by is with the addition of a Hogan DP and the Magnaflow I didn't feel an increase, but I did with the intake. Was very happy with it.

They're not doing the stage 2 porting anymore, he said the risk of cracking was too great

The stage one is worth 12 horse and 18 ft lbs. if I remember correctly.

Ouch, I didn't expect it to be that high of a MPG loss, but he hasn't been tuned either.

I'm pretty sure you'd be fine with a tune. It's like ls1 guys running a fast...more air being introduced means fuel curves are going to need adjusting. I would still do an LS6 if I were going to go through all the trouble.
