Installed LED tail bulbs
I don't like the LED after market tails so I thought I would try and do my own. Bought some bulbs and the load resistors. Was pretty easy to install.
A couple complaints though. Website said you would only need two load resistors, one for each side since they are on the same circuit. You can install them in the front or back. Hooked them up but when I installed the front turn signal led's I got the bulb out flash on the dash. So I will probably have to get 4 of them, one for each bulb. Probably go to RS and get some cheap ones.
Other complaint, when the headlights are on the brake lights and turn signal lights don't light up too much more.
I sent a set of tails to be tinted so we will see what the leds look like with those
I actually bought 4 bulbs for the back and the two load resistors.
For the MC you splice into the the white and black wires on the lower bulb.

Alright took a couple more videos. I think I am going to return the bulbs and try a different type. They are brighter than stock and fill out the tail light better but they don't light up enough when you turn on the signals or the brakes.
The left side is the LED bulb

Nice man. It isn't something you can tell in a video. The color is more vivid and on/off instantly is nice. Best thing is they will probably outlast the car. Love my LED's in my TA. Takes some work, but worth it. Nice work OP.

The video is ****, in person it is more noticable. The LEDs are brighter and look better than the stock ones without the brake or blinker on. The leds just don't light up enough when you hit the brake or blinker.
I am going to try some different bulbs that have a better high to low ratio that should do the trick or not who knows.
