All I can say is that it looks sick! Looks factory and its aluminum. We mocked it up today and it fits perfect. It's 1.5" thick. Ron, is taping the holes tonight so I will have it tomorrow. There is plenty of meat to tap for vacuum fittings and such.
Stay tunned!
Just tb adapter only guys.

Unfortunately
Here you go guys
1.5" Thick and made from cast aluminum. The tb adapter is a little bulky cause we casted it off of the truck syle tb rather then the manifold flange.

No list yet. My buddy wants me to get it running before he commits. So hopefully this weekend (3 days off) The DT header crossover pipe will need to be modded for clearance. Not from the adapter but from the angle of the inlet neck of the tb. I'm going to section a small piece and flex tube the pipe together and then drive straight to the exhaust shop and get the pipe fabbed. Then I'm going to header wrap the non coated portion.
So here is my plan
Stock tb
Tb adapter
LS6 injectors
Pig tail adapters EV1-EV6
Map extension harness
LS6 fuel rail
LS1 intake (sold other LS6 stuff for nitrous) will go F.A.S.T later
EGR plug
Custom rear vacuum plug with o ring
LS2 valley tray (OPSU milled and pipe plugged) going with a oil cooler and will relocate the sensor then)
Modified alt bracket with rear hump cut off and weight reduction mod. Stocker weighs 13lbs. New bracket weighs 9lbs.
Will section the exhaust crossover tube (stock tube would be fine)

Maybe Alabamaguy could start a list for you guys if not, then just pm me your info. Ron, wants to wait tell I get it running, and the newer ones will be based off of the Intake tb flange rather then the LS1 tb flange. This would make the tb adapter less bulky. This sucker will stay 1.5" though. TB spacer/TB adapter This thing is freaking bad ***!
Hoping for 315@ the wheels
