Default Thanks DP08GXP, for turning me on to Adam's Polishes

After seeing pictures of DP's car looking like candy and hearing his praises for Adam's Polishes, I hit the internet and read up on them. After reading alot of positive reviews on their products, I ordered myself the Complete Detailing Kit off of their website. It included a Porter Cable Polisher, Pads, Swirl and Haze Remover, Fine Polish and Machine Wax. Plus, Spray detailer and All Purpose Cleaner.
Today, I finally got in the garage and went to work cleaning up the car. I have never used any type of machine polisher before and the process was very easy and painless. Needless to say, the car turned out great. Really brought back the shine and mirror like finish to the paint. Pictures are below. If you ever pondered Adam's products and wondered if they are worth the money, I say, "yes!"
So again, thanks DP and Adam's.

Holy ****! Your car looks amazing.

I love a clean black car, all polished up.

I think I might have to order me that kit. Mine has swirls from the previous owner always going through car washes with it.

Do you have a link of what you ordered.

Thanks

One more reason for me to hurry up and but my PC (Porter Cable) kit from adams.

Car came out very nice. How would you rate difficulty with your first PC use?

Difficulty is very low. The trick I found was to take my time on the trunk to figure out how many passes to make and how much pressure to apply with each pad & polish. Once I had the trunk figured out, the rest of the car was a breeze. It was my first try with a PC and if I can make it come out great than I am sure anyone can!

The last time I tried a "high dollar" polishing kit was ZAINO...anyone here tried that stuff? Made my cars shine like no other polish I've tried, but the application was quite time consuming (3-4 steps)...

I currently use the Turtle Wax ICE polish & quick detailer...looks great on a Silver car. It is very easy to use & inexpensive in comparison...I constantly get comments like "dude, do you wash your car every day??", or "damn, that silver paint looks smooth"...

BTW - DP, your paint looks like Glass

Turtle Wax products are not even close to the class of product that Zaino is. I use to use Zaino and like you, I found it time consuming. That's why I started using Adam's. I can get the same shine in half the time. Turtle Wax, nor any other OTC product can't come close to making my paint look this good:
