They use that to wipe there ass when the get beat quick and easy Id say

stick the toilet paper holders on the side mirrors for some sweet side down force, i hear it helps with fwd's HAHAHAHA

That is the hooker grab handle so she can hold on and not scratch the paint when I hit it from behind.
