SSC's installed with 275's

Well, today, I put on my ssc springs on all 4 corners.

I have the 275 tires on the fronts and everything fits no problem.

I got the 1.8 front drop and 1.6 rear drop.
Used the 97-03 gp springs and I don't have the rear sag look.

I'll post pics tomorrow, and hopefully again in a week when they settle more.

So far the ride is nice, I had these springs on my 99 gtp and I liked em, so I know they'll be great on this car.

What about temporarily swapping your front rims to the rear? I'd really like to know if those 275s fit out back before I purchase them.

nice!!! do you have a link for the springs??
Also how close is it? cause if they settle more, wont they rub?

DieselPump Sep 26, 2010 03:44 PM

site is canuckmotorsports.com

Pics added.

The ride is nice, drivin about 200km's since putting them on.

They'll settle a touch more. I'm happy with them.

The tires look great! One question though. Where did you get those LS4 badges?

bigalnash Sep 29, 2010 12:18 PM

can u those tires in the snow?

Sittingmongoose Sep 29, 2010 12:20 PM

Is the handling any better with those springs?

DieselPump Sep 29, 2010 12:28 PM

Definitely not using these tires in the snow, I'll be putting on snow tires with steelies.

As for handling, it's certainly improved, tighter ride, more control, but still very comfortable.

you said you used older gp springs? Should i get the 05-08 springs?

DieselPump Oct 6, 2010 06:01 PM

I used the 97-03 springs on purpose, bought them new. They're the only ones with the anti-sag.

It's up to you what you get, I'm happy with them though, and I don't have the rear end sag like a lot of 04+ guys get.

can you get a full shot of the side of the car? glad to know i can throw some 275's up front without them rubbing
