Default SSC Lowering Springs--Impala vs Monte Carlo

Looking at the SSC springs, it shows 1.6/1.6 drop for the Impala and 1.7/1.5 for the Monte Carlo. Different part numbers. Are they interchangable? Ideally I would like 1.7/1.6, but I don't know if I would be able to mix and match. Is the Impala rear axle weight higher than the MC, thus the difference in drop?

Do I ask too many quesions?

Springs should be interchangeable.
Contact SSC and see if they will let you mix and match.
They are likely making the drop on the MC less to compensate for the extra mass when the young guys put the boomin' system in the trunk lol.

Just get the same drop front and rear as that 1.7/1.6 will not make much of a difference at all

I think the Monte is about 200 lbs lighter than the Impala. This probably affects the springs they put in there.
